Residential groupings that blend with the environment

The development plan is an integrated project where the construction consists mostly of detached single-family homes. Where the land shape allows, over most of the property, the project is designed to form groups of a minimum of four homes. The dwellings are accessible by a one-way private road that, while meeting requirements for the service road and its location, greatly reduces deforestation. Furthermore, the groupings of at least four homes together enables the construction of each section to be finalized before undertaking new construction. This prevents future owners from feeling they are living in an endless construction site.
The homes are provided with municipal water services while being equipped with individual septic systems. This method is preferred as it allows for a lower housing density and protects the vegetation cover. Furthermore, on the back lots and where development is impossible, because of the topography or the wetlands in the environment, a network of hiking trails are planned that will connect the residential project to the P'tit Train du Nord bicycle path.
